Hotel Operating Directory
Arrival (Check-in)
- Check-in is available from 15:00 onwards.
- Valid identification (e.g. ID card or passport) is required for all guests.
Departure (Check-out)
- Check-out must be completed by 12:00.
- Return of room keys and remote controls for the television and air conditioning is required.
Reception
- Reception operates in a 16-hour shift, from 07:00 to 23:00.
Luggage Storage Services
- Luggage storage is provided in a designated area of the hotel.
Wake-up Service
- Wake-up service is provided.
Room Keys
- Upon departure/check-out from the hotel, room keys must be returned to the reception.
Reservations and Cancellation Policy
- Reservations are prepaid with a 50% deposit of the total stay cost.
- In case of cancellation up to 10 days before arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded.
- In case of cancellation less than 10 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Departure after 12:00 and before 17:00 is charged at 50% of the room rate.
- Departure after 17:00 is charged at 100% of the room rate.
Breakfast
- Complimentary Continental breakfast is served from 08:30 to 10:30.
- Room service for breakfast can be requested upon agreement.
Visitors
- Visitors are allowed to enter the hotel’s reception area but are not permitted inside the rooms.

Baby Cots
- Baby cots are available upon request.
Cleaning
- Room cleaning is provided daily.
- Bed linen is changed every three days, and towels are changed every two days.

- Smoking is not permitted inside the hotel.
Prohibition of Heating Devices
- The use of heating devices (such as electric heaters or gas appliances) inside the rooms is prohibited, for safety reasons.
Parking
- Free private parking is available with limited spaces, located behind the building.
- The parking area is closed from 23:00 to 07:00 for security reasons.
- The hotel is not responsible for any damage that may occur in the parking area.
